Association of owners of Certifications of Genealogy, Nobility and Coat of Arms issued by the Corps of the Cronistas King of Arms of Spain
The Association of Owners of Certifications of Genealogy, Nobility and Coat of Arms issued by the Corps of the Cronistas King of Arms of Spain was established by the authorization of the last Cronista King of Arms of the Reign of Spain, due of esteem and appreciation for the activity carried out by S.E. Don Vicente de Cadenas y Vicent Cronista Rey de Armas – Dean of the Corps of the Kings of Arms of the Reign of Spain on 29 April 1990.
The purpose and incentive of the Association is the conservation of the historical traditions, realizing ancient Spain as the common native land of many people and origin of numerous Families which are now scattered in the world.
Historically the prerogatives of the King of Arms were the recording, the certification, and the concession of new coats of arms in all those territories in which the Hispanic Community was extended.
It is, nondenominational, cultural, non-political institution, of a scientific and international character, which proposes gather in its bosom all the owners (or their descendants) of Certifications of Genealogy, Nobility and Coat of Arms issued by the Corps of the Cronistas King of Arms of Spain.
