Application

All those who wish to attend the Colloquium are invited to fill in the enclosed application form and return it before January 31, 2005.

 

Lectures

The participants who wish to present lectures should send the application form with the title and a brief summary on the chosen subject. The Scientific committee will examine the submitted papers and will notify all participants if accepted by February 15, 2005. The lectures should not exceed 30 minutes in order to leave space for debate. The deadline for the submission of the papers is March 15, 2005.

Manuscripts should not exceed 25 pages (1850 words total) and have a one-page abstract. Participants who wish to use over-head projectors, or any other multimedia device, should inform the Secretary before March 15, 2005.

The lectures must be in one of the following languages: Italian, Spanish, French, English or German.

 

Excursions

All participants and accompanying persons will have the opportunity to visit very interesting places and monuments in the Republic of San Marino and in the Romagna and Marche regions.

Participants will also be able to attend the Investiture Ceremony of the Captains Regent and then have a hearing with the Captains Regent.

 

Place of the Colloquium

The colloquium will be held in historical buildings of the Republic of San Marino.

 

Registration fees

Registration fees are 75 for the participants and 50 for accompanying persons. Registration fees include: participation to all sessions of the Colloquium; a printed copy of the proceedings; participation to the opening reception and to the closing dinner. All other expenses related to excursions and dinners are not included.

 

Travel and hotel reservations

All those who send the application form will receive further information on hotel arrangements and special airline fares, if any.

 

Future notices

The next notice of February 15, 2005 will include all final details related to registration, tours and activities, transportation, and any other useful information.
